What do they do?
AgendaScope is an innovative SaaS platform that supports business teams in being better aligned on the opportunities and threats they face, to drive better decision-making. It's a universal problem, with enormous value in solving. But not an easy concept to convince people to try.
What did they need?
Someone to help them "think customer" on an ongoing basis as the product develops. AgendaScope is a product with huge potential, but one that requires a lot of proposition development. The founder, Matt Mower, needed a foil, someone who understands what he is trying to achieve, but can also bring an outside perspective to how the rest of the world might view the brand.
What did I do?
I have provided Matt with ongoing fractional brand and marketing consultancy since early 2024.That has covered everything from messaging and positioning, to defining pricing, to the creation of marketing assets, to undertaking customer interviews and writing case studies. Most of all it's been about supporting a founder who deserves to succeed.

I know a lot of good marketing people but I know far fewer people who really understand how to use language persuasively, can explain it to me in a way that my brain can use, and are a foil for my thinking.
