"High-performance recruitment
for the difference makers"
What do they do?
Ninety Thousand Hours are an executive search consultancy specialising in business intelligence and B2B media.
What did they need?
NTH have evolved their market focus over the last few years and their original branding was no longer reflecting the business they have become. The whole landscape of recruitment has changed in that time as well. So NTH had identified that they needed to showcase themselves differently and represent the maturity of the business more accurately. From that starting point, Sufu helped NTH consider a number of different avenues in terms of branding and the routes to success for different types of content within a new marketing strategy.
What did we do?
Sufu undertook a brand audit and produced a new brand platform to re-focus the key messaging in line with the evolution of the business. We also undertook a visual refresh to logo colours and brand styling to reflect the new positioning. We then implemented the brand work into key sales documents, a pitch deck and proposal document to make the biggest immediate difference to sales, whilst preparing longer-term projects for NTH’s above-the-line marketing.

Tom led us successfully through a complex project involving a complete rebrand of our business, a new website and new marketing strategy. His advice and insight kept us on track and improved the end result in a hundred little ways we wouldn’t have thought of for ourselves.
